AHH! Community is a group of holistic health practitioners that meets once a month to help each other in many ways. AHH! Community stands for the Alliance for the Holistic Healthcare Community. The group is working on creating a supportive, nurturing professional community for holistic practitioners. It is building a common set of business tools. And it is advancing the acceptance of holistic health in the Central Ohio community, including public outreach, integration with Western medicine, and changing the laws to protect consumers' right to choose their own healthcare and practitioners. There is currently no charge for the meetings—just a donation jar at the door.
Fall meetings will be held at St. Joseph's Montessori Center, 933 Hamlet St. in Columbus, from 7-9 p.m. on Aug. 16, Sept. 20, Oct. 18, and Nov. 15.
