| Pregnant Body Cast by Racheal |
Ever thought about capturing that special moment? Well, now you can with a beautiful Pregnant Body Cast by Racheal.
A native of New Zealand, a Maori, Racheal Ward grew up in Australia, and now lives in Columbus, Ohio. Racheal was inspired by her first pregnancy back in 2000, three days before her son Sydney was born.
With the help of her husband, Darryl, they proceeded to make their first body cast, which is made out of plaster bandages, decoupage with tissue paper and a free-hand design, drawn and painted with acrylics.
She named her Body Cast "Lotus." (In Buddhism, the Lotus is associated with enlightenment. The leaves and flowers open at dawn and close at dusk, making this a perfect symbol of light. The Lotus also represents Cosmic Harmony, and Racheal felt very much in harmony throughout her whole pregnancy, thus feeling enlightened.)
If you are pregnant or know someone who is and would like to celebrate the pregnancy with an original piece of art, please call Racheal for further information:

Massage therapy gives your immune system a wonderful boost! Lymph fluid is hastened along and white blood cell production is increased for several hours, heightening the body's resistance to disease. Massage will also increase the blood supply and nutrition to muscles without adding to their load of toxic lactic acid produced through voluntary muscle contraction.
Massage therapy opens blood vessels, improving circulation and relieving congestion. Whether for stress reduction or the medical benefits, call AIAM today to schedule an appointment with your therapist of choice.

(614) 459-7896 - 2939 Kenny Road, Suite 180, Columbus, Ohio 43221
I offer you the art and science of my professional training in two areas:
- traditional counseling skills with EMDR for Trauma Release based on my Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license; and
- healing energy practices with health counseling and health teaching based on my Registered Nurse (RN) license with additional training in Healing Touch and certification by the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (1992).
I use one or both of these licenses in offering you a holistic approach to supporting and guiding you in resolving the issues that bring us together.
Together we may address concerns arising from childhood trauma, chronic or acute illness, preparation for surgery, life changes and transitions, cultivating awareness, spiritual refocusing, and teaching subtle energy healing skills for self care. Although each person is ultimately responsible for his/her own healing, I pledge to you my best in working with you to allow your desired changes, growth, and transformation to happen.
