- Winter Mini Retreats to connect mind, body and spirit in an outdoor setting. Retreats will be Fridays from 12-2 p.m. from Jan. 7 to March 25 and led by Life Coach Jody Dzuranin.
- Free Light Therapy: Harmony House now has a special lamp in the waiting room that will help lift your spirits. Many people suffer mild forms of depression as the days become shorter and they are exposed to less light. Please come in and sit under our lamp and see if it doesn't lift your spirits!

- Informational workshops on reducing medical and insurance costs for employers are scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 18 and Tuesday, Feb. 1 at noon. Reservations are required.
- On May 13, 2005 at 7 p.m., Ralph Moss, Ph.D., internationally known medical writer on the subject of cancer research and treatment, will speak at the Radisson Hotel on North High Street in Worthington.
